What is the KORRES Full Circle process?
Our Full Circle process represents our commitment to the planet and your skin through six labs: Soil, Extraction, Molecular, Formulation, Design, and Recycle. We harvest organic ingredients, extract them sustainably, and recycle our packaging.
Are KORRES products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are strictly against animal testing. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we delegate this task to others. We ensure all our suppliers comply with these same standards.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skincare. If you are not satisfied, you can return gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding original shipping fees.
Do your products contain parabens or silicones?
No. At KORRES, we avoid the use of 'black-listed' ingredients including parabens, silicones, mineral oils, phthalates, and propylene glycol, replacing them with natural-origin alternatives.
